Procuramos um perfil Senior Network Engineer altamente experiente e autónomo, com forte capacidade de antecipação e resolução de problemas, para integrar uma equipa exigente e orientada à melhoria contínua.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Assegurar a operação, manutenção e evolução da infraestrutura de rede
  • Antecipar problemas e atuar de forma proativa, garantindo elevada disponibilidade dos sistemas
  • Realizar análises de causa raiz (RCA) e implementar medidas corretivas e preventivas
  • Automatizar tarefas operacionais e otimizar processos existentes
  • Liderar iniciativas técnicas e atuar como referência em troubleshooting avançado
  • Garantir integração eficaz de soluções multi-vendor
  • Colaborar com equipas internas e stakeholders técnicos para melhoria contínua do serviço
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em networking em ambientes complexos
  • Forte domínio de troubleshooting avançado e diagnóstico de redes
  • Experiência em automação de processos e integração de soluções multi-vendor
  • Capacidade de liderança técnica e tomada de decisão autónoma
  • Certificações CCNP,CCNA,CCIE e/ouITIL
  • Certificação Aruba ACSP e conhecimentos em Cloud Networking (valorizados)
  • Pensamento analítico e orientação à resolução de problemas
  • Proatividade e capacidade de antecipação
  • Comunicação clara e eficaz com equipas técnicas e não técnicas
  • Espírito crítico e foco na melhoria contínua
  • Metodologia de trabalho: Híbrido (máximo de 3 vezes por semana no escritório)
