Senior Procurement Specialist

The Senior Procurement Specialist will support procurement activities, supplier management and contract management initiatives, with a focus on achieving cost savings, reducing procurement risk and supporting business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Plan and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial proposals and supplier agreements.
• Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers.
• Prepare cost estimates and procurement analyses.
• Manage procurement-related contracts.
• Deliver measurable savings opportunities.
• Support risk mitigation in procurement and contracting activities.
• Provide procurement support to business teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in procurement activities, preferably within IT services.
• Professional English proficiency (minimum C1).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP Procurement/Purchasing modules.
• Leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning, analytical, teamwork, diplomacy and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Results-oriented approach.
