Team Lead, Product Operations (Abóboda Factory)

Job Title

Liderar e coordenar as operações diárias da equipa de Product Operations, garantindo a eficiência dos processos, a correta alocação de recursos e a execução das prioridades definidas. Atuar como ponto de referência para a equipa, promovendo a melhoria contínua e a colaboração com stakeholders internos para otimizar resultados e suportar os objetivos do negócio.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Coordenar e supervisionar as atividades diárias da equipa de produção.
• Definir prioridades, distribuir tarefas e assegurar a utilização adequada dos recursos disponíveis.
• Apoiar o desenvolvimento da equipa através de formação, orientação e acompanhamento contínuo.
• Contribuir para avaliações de desempenho, planeamento de recursos e melhoria de processos.
• Garantir o cumprimento de políticas, procedimentos e objetivos operacionais.
• Identificar e implementar iniciativas de melhoria contínua para aumentar a eficiência e a qualidade das operações.
• Colaborar com equipas multifuncionais para otimizar processos end-to-end e melhorar a entrega de produtos e serviços.
• Monitorizar indicadores operacionais e apoiar a resolução de problemas e a tomada de decisões.

Requisitos

• Experiência em ambiente fabril, indústrial ou áreas similares.
• Experiência na coordenação de equipas ou liderança funcional de projetos.
• Conhecimento de gestão e melhoria de processos.
• Conhecimento em Lean, 5s e melhoria continua.
• Experiência na análise de dados e acompanhamento de KPIs.
• Liderança e capacidade de influência.
