Join Infatica's growth team as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager. You will build a measurable B2B acquisition engine for our proxy and web data products, connecting paid traffic and demand generation to pipeline and revenue through end-to-end analytics, vendor management, and continuous testing
Responsibilities:
- Own the performance marketing strategy for B2B products across the full funnel: from traffic and leads to MQL/SQL, pipeline and revenue.
- Plan, launch, optimize and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; test Microsoft Ads, Meta, Reddit, YouTube and other channels where justified by the ICP and unit economics.
- Own measurement architecture and attribution: GA4, GTM, UTM, conversion events, CRM integration, dashboards and reporting from source/campaign to opportunity and revenue.
- Build end-to-end analytics together with Sales/RevOps/Product: lead quality, MQL→SQL, CAC, LTV/CAC, payback, pipeline contribution and channel efficiency.
- Manage agencies and vendors: briefs, KPI/SLA, budget and quality control, performance reviews. Ownership of results remains in-house.
- Run a structured experimentation roadmap across audiences, offers, creatives, landing pages and conversion paths; scale what works and stop what doesn't.
- Partner with Sales on lead quality and long-cycle B2B feedback; translate commercial signals into channel, targeting and budget decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on performance/digital growth experience with a strong track record in B2B technology, SaaS or another complex B2B product.
- Proven cases with measurable business outcomes: qualified leads, SQLs, pipeline, revenue, CAC or payback improvement - not only CTR/CPC/traffic growth.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; ability to independently audit account structure, tracking, bidding, targeting, creatives and landing pages.
- Advanced understanding of full-funnel analytics and attribution: able to design or rebuild tracking from click through CRM stages to won revenue and explain data limitations.
- Experience with CRM and analytics stacks (HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalents), GA4/GTM and BI tools. SQL / BigQuery is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing agencies and vendors while retaining internal control of strategy, measurement and budget.
- High autonomy and commercial thinking: comfortable challenging weak channel economics and defending decisions with data.
What we'll ask to see:
Please include 2-3 short performance cases with your application. Each case should show:
- Product / market / target audience and the business goal.
- Channels and approximate budget scale you personally managed.
- Starting point and the key problem you needed to solve.
- What you changed: targeting, media mix, bidding, creative, landing page, tracking, funnel or vendor setup.
- Measurable result: CPL/CPA is not enough - show lead quality, MQL/SQL, pipeline/revenue, CAC/LTV or payback where available.
- How attribution was set up and what data limitations existed.
- One example of a test that failed and what decision you made as a result.
What we offer:
- Ownership of the B2B acquisition engine - you set the strategy and own the results.
- Challenging growth problems at real pipeline scale.
- High autonomy and commercial authority.
- Evidence- and experimentation-driven marketing culture.
- Remote-first environment with flexible working hours.
- Competitive compensation.
