1.Work closely with local and global counterparts to identifylocalization and cost reduction
opportunities and create innovativeideas proactively for assembly and packing materials.
2.Lead materiallocalization
and continuous cost reduction projects at Wuxi with teamcollaboration and fast implementation.
3.Create and review materialrelated specifications/documents and maintain in system.
4.Participantin material suppliers' visit and audit and be responsible
for technicalassessment
reports.
5.Provide material expertise and knowledge tosupport others in daily work.
6.Work as technical contact window formaterial engineering topics at Wuxi.
7.Other tasks assigned by directsupervisor.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
1.Bachelor degree or above with engineering background, high-polymermaterial related is preferred.
2.More than 5 years’ of relevant working experience in semiconductorindustry.
3.Experienced on material characterization and analysis.
4.Solid knowledge of DOE, FMEA, 8D, control plan etc. and changemanagement experience.
5.General project management skills and be passionate for cross teamworking environment.
6.Strong communication skill in both Chinese & English (oral andwritten).
7.Good work ethics and sense of responsibility, positive personality.
