Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Develop
Backend of Line solutions for wafer technology and product features to
realize power devices addressing the application needswhile meeting performance, cost, and quality
targets
Drive
experiments from the process split definition to the realization
in the clean room,
analyze available in-line metrology and electrical test data
Ensure process stability and quality of the manufacturing route for the mass-production
release
Actively
contribute to the project team whilereporting on development progress and
risk mitigation actions to ensure project objectives are met
Support and be in a technical role for product portfolio extension
Lead derivative projects with focus on Backend of Line
Your profile

With your pro-active, self-organized working style, you ensure that deliverables are complete in high quality and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
A university degree (Master’s degree or PhD) in Physics, Electronics, Electrical
Engineering or Material Sciences
Knowledge in project management is beneficial
Strong analytical
skills with a
structured, efficient problem-solving approach
Excellent
communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Theability to communicate efficientlyin English written and spoken
We offer competitive salaries and additional
benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The
employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for
employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We
offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
