As a Sr. Staff Engineer, FAE on our Salesteam, you'll work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long lasting partnerships that thrive on success.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- The FAE for Tier One accountsis responsible to engage with the technical side of the customerand identify new opportunitiesfor Infineon's solutionsand create system selling discussionswith the customer.
- The account teamdesign win pipelineand achieved targetis both the FAE and Sales Account Manager's deliverable.
- Other main tasks are to identify customer solutionsand represent them in block diagram format for internal reviews
- Maximizing BOM share via PGO metric
- Collaborationwith Sales tandem partnerto create overarching Account Strategy.
- Focus FAE for Motor ControlAccount
- Responsibility for one Segment A account maximizing sockets and content in the relevant applications at the customer.
- Present technical solutions on the application level
- Use of Digital tools to manage account opportunities
- Drive feedback to PL and marketing via use of digital tools (e,g, Capri)
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degreein EEor Computer Engineering.
- 1-2 yearsexperience in Automotiveor Semiconductor Industry.
- Some system-levelexperience.
- Familiarity with Automotive Motor Controlapplications
- Proactiveand good networkingskills.
- Experience with software simulationsand schematic reviews.
- Can break down complex technical detailsinto a concise value propositionfor customers.
- Experience with AI tools/Programmingis a bonus.

Salary pay information:
LocationIndicative salary rangeLivonia, United StatesWage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:US$127,840 - US$ 175,780
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
