Key responsibilities in your new role
The best digital experiences start with understanding people. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will use qualitative and quantitative research to uncover actionable insights that inform product decisions, drive strategy, and create meaningful customer experiences.
- Define and lead UX research strategiesthat align with product, customer, and business goals.
- Planand execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research programs across the product lifecycle.
- Conduct a range of research activities including interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics reviews, field studies, benchmarking, and accessibility evaluations.
- Analyzeand synthesize findingsfrom research, behavioral data, business metrics, and customer feedback to uncover actionable insights.
- Translate research findingsinto clear recommendations that influence product decisions and experience strategy.
- Partnerwith product managers, designers, engineers, strategists, and business stakeholdersto drive customer-centered outcomes.
- Contribute to ResearchOps, knowledge management, and research excellencethrough storytelling, mentoring, and best-practice adoption.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a strong stakeholder manager and communicator, skilled at facilitating discussions, aligning priorities, and influencing product direction through clear and compelling storytelling.
- At least 6 years of experience in UX research, customer research, market research, human factors, behavioral research, or a related field
- Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and mixed-method approaches, and familiarity with research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting, Dovetail, Maze) preferred
- Experience conducting interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry, and other customer research methods
- Familiarity with advanced research techniques such as ethnography, diary studies, JTBD, benchmarking, concept testing, and accessibility research
- Ability to synthesize and triangulate insights across multiple data sources to drive decision-making
- Experience working in B2B, enterprise, industrial, semiconductor, or other complex environments
- Fluency in English
