Description
- As a Senior SDR at Infinidat, you will play a key role in creating and progressing enterprise pipeline by identifying high-value accounts, engaging key decision-makers, and connecting customers with solutions that address meaningful business challenges.
You will partner closely with Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Systems Engineers to develop account strategies, generate qualified opportunities, and support territory growth.
Responsibilities
Generate Pipeline: Own outbound prospecting across calls, email, and social channels to consistently achieve pipeline and meeting-generation targets.
Research & Qualify: Conduct account and prospect research, identify key decision-makers and business priorities, qualify prospects, and schedule high-value meetings for Account Executives.
Develop Account Strategies: Partner with Account Executives to prioritize target accounts, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to engage key stakeholders. -
Advance Opportunities: Coordinate follow-up meetings, engage additional stakeholders, and support Account Executives in progressing qualified opportunities.
Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Systems Engineers to align on territory priorities, account strategy, and pipeline development.
Build Product Expertise: Develop strong knowledge of Infinidat’s portfolio and its role within Lenovo’s broader infrastructure solutions to effectively communicate business value.
Maintain & Improve: Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data while contributing ideas to improve prospecting strategies, messaging, tools, and processes.
Requirements
Location: Must be located within the Midwest or East Coast region of the United States to support alignment with the team and assigned territories.
Enterprise Technology Experience: 3-5 years of experience selling or prospecting within enterprise technology, infrastructure, storage, cloud, cybersecurity, or a related technology market.
Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email, social selling, or other proactive engagement.
Account Research: Ability to research organizations, identify relevant stakeholders, understand business priorities, and tailor outreach accordingly. -
Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport with both prospects and internal stakeholders.
Organization & Collaboration: Strong time management, prioritization, and teamwork skills in a high-volume sales environment.
Results & Ownership: Results-oriented, self-motivated, accountable, and capable of independently managing priorities while remaining receptive to feedback and continuous improvement. Career Growth: Demonstrated interest and desire to develop toward a Junior Account Executive (AE) role in the future, with the ambition to build the sales skills, product knowledge, and customer-facing experience required for progression into an AE position.
