Technical Program Manager

We are looking for for an experienced, creative and highly motivated Technical Program Manager, who has strong project management skills to join R&D department. The role requires working closely with both engineering and global teams across the entire organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
• Work with various local and international stakeholders and teams to ensure successful execution of key projects, while continually finding opportunities for improvement - Address product’s deliveries and program related topic.
• Build clear communication cadences to drive progress and decision making.
• Partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to plan and track R&D equipment needs and ensure on-time delivery to support project milestones.
• Schedule and control the CI/CD software delivery process while coordinating between engineering teams.
• Team up with relevant engineering teams responsible for building the automation tools used to develop and test the software

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant project/program management experience, preferably within Enterprise organization, with a proven track record of driving change
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to impact all levels in an organization
• Proven experience leading cross functional projects in complex environments with strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve productivity and decision-making across planning, documentation, and communication tasks
• Proactive approach, assertiveness, ability to lead changes, operate with high autonomy
• Ability to create and present formal documentation and templates
• Fluent English - written and verbal
• Education - Bachelor's degree
• Strong advantage: managing cross-functional programs from EVT through mass production
• Advantage: familiarity with storage domain, storage protocols, networking protocols
• Advantage: experience with Linux OS, Git, CI/CD, Jenkins or similar CI tools
