IT Manager - Infrastructure & Operations

Key Responsibilities :
- Direct end-to-end IT operations to ensure maximum system uptime and performance stability for all organizational infrastructure.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are delivered within defined timelines and budget constraints to meet business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure that third-party tools and platforms align with our internal quality standards.
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks to protect organizational data and mitigate operational risks.
- Mentor and guide technical teams to foster a culture of problem-solving, technical excellence, and proactive system maintenance.
- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that enhance overall productivity.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT operations and infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT projects from conception to deployment, utilizing industry-standard project management methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in identifying technical risks and implementing scalable solutions that support long-term business growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business insights.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in the IT domain.
- High adaptability to evolving technology landscapes and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, results-oriented work environment.
