  • Communications: Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials with attention to accuracy, clarity, and executive voice.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, customers, partners, investors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Board and leadership support: Coordinate meeting logistics and the secure distribution of materials in partnership with the appropriate executive, legal, and finance teams.
  • Events and visits: Plan executive offsites, team meetings, and customer or partner visits, coordinating facilities, technology, catering, and other logistics.
  • Confidential information: Handle sensitive business, personnel, financial, and technical information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
  • Administrative improvement: Maintain organized records and develop practical processes that improve executive support and reduce administrative friction.
  • Special projects: Support defined projects through research, information gathering, coordination, and deadline tracking.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of administrative experience of direct support for senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and experience handling confidential information.
