Influ2 is looking for an Implementation Manager to partner with our customers throughout their implementation journey and drive immediate value within the first 60 days. In this role, you will prescribe best practices, build detailed project plans, and serve as a product and revenue-generation expert to help clients achieve their strategic goals. If you excel at multitasking and know how to translate business needs into powerful workflows, this is the role for you.
What you'll do:
- Manage Influ2 implementations across a portfolio of clients, ensuring setup aligns with business objectives.
- Advise clients on best practices and help them integrate Influ2 into their existing workflows.
- Gather client requirements and translate operational workflows into technical configurations.
- Balance 15+ concurrent implementations across different levels of complexity.
- Articulate the value of Influ2 to key client stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Development teams to flag, track, and resolve product bugs or feature requests.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Customer Success Managers on complex account setups.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or Customer Success Manager (with strong onboarding experience).
- 2+ years in the MarTech or SalesTech space.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRMs, Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs), APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Track record of identifying upselling or expansion opportunities is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft) and BI tools is good to have.

- Strong communication skills: You foster strong relationships and communicate clearly with stakeholders, including CSMs and cross-functional teams.
- Product advocacy & adoption: You stay on top of new product releases, position new features to customers, gather actionable product feedback, and uncover opportunities for account growth.
- Ownership: You are a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and navigates shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Project and time management: You excel at managing multiple projects with different focus areas simultaneously.
