RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Idea conceptualisation: Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, branding,
   product teams) to translate briefs into brand guides, creatives, key visuals, videos
   and more that meet client’s expectation.
2. Graphic Design: Creating visual content for various platforms, including social
   media and motion graphics, promotional materials, billboards and more.
3. Videography: Assist in shooting Instagram Reels for clients, as well as the
   occasional shoots for specific projects.
4. Video Editing: Edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and
   sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding
   music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
5. Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements. 
6. Layout and Typography: Work with precision to ensure proper layout, typography, and visual hierarchy in all design projects. 
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand visual and
   video needs and execute projects that align with marketing objectives.
8. Project Management: Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, ensuring
   timely delivery and meeting deadlines. 
9. Chronically Online: Stay updated on design, video, photography, and animation trends to keep projects fresh and engaging. Know what are the current social media consumption trends.

Requirements

1. Current enrollment or recent graduation in a relevant field, such as Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or a related discipline.
2. Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
3. Photography and Videography skills: Familiar with camera equipment and operation
4. Strong creativity and artistic skills demonstrated through a portfolio of previous video editing and design projects
5. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to ensure design accuracy and quality.
6. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
7. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
8. Enthusiasm for Learning: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while taking constructive feedback positively.
9. Team Player: Collaborative and willing to contribute to a positive team culture.
