Credit Control Administrator
Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ financial status
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
- Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
- Contact clients in order to receive outstanding payments
- Prepare documents for bad debt write offs and refunds
- Manage e-commerce platforms (PayPal, Cardlink, JCC etc)
Qualifications:
- BSc in Economics, Finance or relevant business degree
- Maximum 1 year work experience in a Finance dpt
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Very strong communication skills (verbal and written) & excellent command of English
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment subject to continuous changes
