Η εταιρεία ORATRON ΑΕ ζητεί για πλήρη απασχόληση υπάλληλο γραφείου (backoffice).

Περιγραφή θέσης:

Η θέση που προσφέρεται αφορά την ενίσχυση του τμήματος backoffice της εταιρείας με στόχο την υποστήριξη στον τομέα της διαχείρισης πελατών, διευθέτηση οφειλών και ενημέρωση, διαχείριση αποθηκευτικών χώρων μέσω ERP και καθημερινές εργασίες αρχείου.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

-Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

-Ευχέρεια στην χρήση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών καθώς και πολύ καλή γνώση MS OFFICE, ιδιαιτέρως WORD & EXCEL.

-Γνώσεις λογιστηρίου θα εκτιμηθούν.

-Προϋπηρεσία σε εμπορική επιχείρηση είναι απαραίτητη.

-Ως επιπλέον προσόν θα θεωρηθεί η εξοικείωση στην χρήση ERP συστημάτων (διαχείριση αποθήκης, διαχείριση πελατών, τιμολόγηση κλπ), καθώς και η εξοικείωση με το κύκλωμα τον εισαγωγών.
