Associate Sales Engineer - German speaker
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and technically curious Associate Sales Engineer, fluent in German, to join our dynamic Enterprise Sales Engineering team in Warsaw, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering for the region. In this role, you will work closely with experienced sales engineers and account executives to support the sales process and help customers understand the value of Infoblox solutions. You will also learn all aspects of the sales process and participate in Infoblox global technical training programs.
Be a Contributor - What You’ll Do
- Assist in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Support the development of proof-of-concepts / values (POC/Vs) of Infoblox solutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales solutions architects to gather customer requirements and map them to Infoblox’s offerings
- Leverage defined pre-sales tools in customer engagements and supporting pre-sales solutions architects
- Help respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation requests
- Learn and maintain a solid understanding of our DDI, DNS security, and cloud networking solutions
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and platforms (including internal Copilot-style solutions) to accelerate technical discovery, tailor demos and POCs, analyze customer environments, and clearly articulate the value of Infoblox’s AI-driven networking and security capabilities
- Participate in discovery calls and meetings to understand customer environments and challenges
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, solution diagrams, and sales collateral
- Enable partner technical sales teams on Infoblox solutions and positioning to customers
Be Prepared - What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role for a technology organization
- Interest in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Practical AI fluency, with the ability to confidently use AI-assisted tools for technical analysis, demo preparation, solution design, and customer conversations, understanding both the capabilities and limitations of AI in enterprise networking and security contexts
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing
- Fluency in English with German
- Ideally some familiarity with Infoblox products or similar technologies or experience with networking labs, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, or scripting, such as Python or Bash

- Demonstrate fluency with either on-prem or SaaS-based Infoblox solutions

- Demonstrate fluency with all Infoblox solutions
- Capable of handling advanced SE customer-facing tasks with only occasional help from others
- Go-to person for specialisation area for the assigned region

For this role based in Poland, the initial salary range is PLN 133,700 - 194,810 based on objective, gender-neutral criteria. Where a candidate is placed within this range is determined using those criteria, including skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic market. This position is also eligible for the sales commission plan and may be eligible for additional incentive compensation, where applicable to the role and consistent with the relevant company plans and local law. Employees are also eligible for company-sponsored benefits, which may include health and wellness benefits, retirement programs, paid time off, and other locally applicable offerings.
