Project

Join an engineering team responsible for developing and automating platform controls across internal developer and hosting platforms. The role combines software engineering, API development, automation, and technical leadership, with a strong focus on improving platform reliability, efficiency, and reuse.

You will

  • Analyse business and technical requirements to understand how platform services can support and automate controls

  • Design and develop automation services, workflows, integrations, and APIs

  • Work with data schemas and process flows

  • Develop solutions for automating controls at scale

  • Contribute to the development of the Platform Control Plane

  • Drive automation, process improvements, and reusable solutions

  • Collaborate with engineering teams across different locations and time zones

  • Provide technical leadership and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define priorities and deliver new solutions

Must have

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

  • Experience with multiple programming languages / polyglot development

  • Strong software engineering skills, including API development, database design, data schemas, and process flows

  • Understanding of internal developer platforms, hosting platforms, and cloud environments

  • Basic knowledge of Linux and web technologies

  • Experience working with iterative software delivery methodologies

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience providing technical leadership across distributed/global teams

  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems

  • Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

  • Experience with DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE

  • Experience with automation and control-plane solutions

  • Experience working in large enterprise environments

  • Experience mentoring or supporting distributed engineering teams

  • Knowledge of modern cloud platforms and platform engineering practices
