About This Role:

The Graphic Designer recruited will be joining Infomineo’s Graphic Design Services business line.

You will be responsible for working with corporate business presentation documents and proposals which are for big consulting companies across the globe and other international clients. Through innovative visual strategies, you will translate complex ideas into compelling and memorable visual stories that create impact. You will be involved in problem-solving with our clients to develop ideas to transform presentations into a more visually engaging and interactive experience for our clients.

Willingness to work on Mon-Fri or Sun-Thr shifts, and be flexible to work in early-morning/day/late-evening/night shifts, as this might be based on business needs. This position is for a 6 month CDD contract eligible to extension if needed.

What you will do:

• Working on creative business presentations for various clients. Most of the time adhering to different clients' brand standards and also work on creative slide design too.
• Be a design consultant to our clients. Able to comprehend complex business concepts/ideas in the slides and turn them into meaningful and impactful slides.

• Work with design deliverables for client and marketing teams using Adobe design applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Creating unique design templates, visual language, and books for campaigns and proposals.

• Working on marketing materials like brochures, flyers, emailers, Banners, social media posts, books/Magazines, etc., and coordinating final print production.

• Selecting photography, and icons and creating custom visualizations, if need be.

• Do client meetings over video to understand the project brief and discuss your design ideas with clients.

• You will handle an extensive schedule of design requests and assignments from consultants in various locations with different priorities.

• You will problem-solve with our clients over video calls to develop ideas to transform presentations into a more visually engaging and interactive experience for our clients.

You’re Good at:

• Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to attention to details. Should be able to deliver high-quality documents.
• Strong understanding of design principles (alignment, repetition, contrast, hierarchy, balance), color theories, and typography
• Has a mindset to delivering quality documents always and excellent attention to details
• Self-motivated and directed person, requiring minimal supervision for the successful completion of duties.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time
• Good communication - Should be able to converse fluently in the English language and clearly articulate your ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Strong team player - Ability to take direction, and work collaboratively with other team members.
• Creative eye for visual communication solutions for a wide variety of needs. This could range from single slide production in PowerPoint to customized presentation design and alternative layout/design solutions

Your Experience, Education & Qualification

• 4-6 years of work experience in a similar job profile
• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts / B.Sc. Visual Communication or any Graphic Designing related Diploma Courses
