About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team based in Richmond. This role is focused on ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by keeping our recruitment processes organised, efficient, and accurate. You'll be responsible for interview coordination, ATS administration, candidate communication, reporting, and supporting the wider Talent team with operational and administrative activities across the UK/ US and EMEA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, problem-solving, and process improvement. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth hiring experience while supporting continued growth. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own day-to-day ATS administration, ensuring candidate records, stages, notes, scorecards, and feedback are accurate and up to date

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple departments and hiring managers, managing scheduling logistics for candidates and interviewers

  • Support candidates and applicants, ensuring a positive experience through timely communication

  • Create and maintain job advertisements and requisitions in line with company branding and hiring requirements

  • Support offer generation, onboarding administration, and pre-employment processes and paperwork

  • Maintain strong data hygiene, ensuring clean reporting, consistent workflows, and well-documented hiring activity

  • Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring updates for stakeholders

  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve talent processes, efficiency and reporting

  • Support Talent Partners and hiring managers with interview process administration and coordination

  • Manage recruitment inboxes, screening and prioritising applications for recruiters to reduce time to find the best candidates, and conduct first screening call where necessary

  • Support employer branding initiatives, careers page updates, recruitment events, and talent-related projects

  • Support the Director of Talent projects, workflow optimisation, process improvements, and reporting

  • Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant, organised, and scalable as the business continues to grow

Skills We Need for This Role

  • 1+ year of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruitment Administration, Talent Acquisition, HR, or a similar people operations role

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate data and documentation

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology tools

  • Understanding of employment regulations and legislations across UK/ Europe/ US would be advantageous

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environments, supporting large volumes of open vacancies across multiple regions

  • Experience producing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting operational processes

  • Previous experience in a startup, scale-up, SaaS, MSP, or cybersecurity business would be advantageous

  • Self-starter with strong accountability and a proactive mindset

  • Passion for creating outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences
