AI/ML Engineer (with Databricks Cloud Skills)

We are seeking an enthusiastic AI/ML Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Databricks-based development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, training, deploying, and monitoring ML models using Databricks Lakehouse Platform, Python, PySpark, and modern AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop, train, validate, and deploy Machine Learning models.

Build predictive analytics, classification, recommendation, and NLP solutions.

Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and model optimization.

Work with structured and unstructured datasets to solve business problems.

Develop data processing and ML workflows using Databricks.

Utilize Delta Lake, Databricks Notebooks, and Databricks Workflows.

Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark.

Collaborate with data engineers to prepare AI-ready datasets.

Technical requirements

2-3 years of experience in AI/ML Development

Strong programming skills in Python

Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark

Experience building and deploying ML models

Good understanding of Machine Learning lifecycle

Exposure to GenAI/LLM use cases preferred

Additional responsibilities

Experience with RAG, LangChain, or AI Agents.

Knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps practices.

Exposure to Delta Live Tables and Unity Catalog.

Experience working with Snowflake or cloud data platforms.

Databricks Certified Associate/Data Engineer certification is a plus.
