Technology Lead - Java

In the role of Technical Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture Definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and identify performance-related gaps and provide solutions wherever applicable.
• Provide technical advice and mentor the team, and support the PM/architect with technical solutions on complex requirements and discussions.

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience with Java, JSP, XML, jQuery, Struts, Spring Boot, microservices, Angular 6 Postgres/Oracle DB, and Agile is a must.
• Experience with the rules engine (Drools) and messaging event bus (Kafka) is also required.
• Familiar with various design and architectural platforms.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and Java GUI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java platforms.
• Thorough understanding of object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and DevOps.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication skills and exposure to client interaction.
• Graduate with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Education: BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech.
• Team Management and Client Relationship Management.
