SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to implement, support, and optimise SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, configure SAP systems, provide functional expertise, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.
• Configure and customise SAP FI and CO modules based on business needs.
• Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Design and maintain organisational structures, chart of accounts, company codes, profit centres, cost centres, and controlling areas.
• Configure and support: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, WM, and other modules.
• Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling business processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration.
• Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise.
• Knowledge of New General Ledger (New GL).
• Experience with Central Finance, FSCM, Group Reporting, and Treasury.
• Understanding of ABAP debugging and functional specifications.
• Experience with data migration tools and cutover activities.
• Familiarity with Fiori applications and SAP Analytics tools.
• SAP certification in SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance is an advantage.
