Concierge and Team Administrator

We're looking for a polished and professional Concierge and Team Administrator to join our Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team in Wyong.

As the face of our Wyong office, you'll be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors and service providers, creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive. You'll also play an important front-line security role, managing visitor access, maintaining workplace security protocols and helping ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone onsite. Alongside your front-of-house responsibilities, you'll provide critical administrative and operational support to the Facilities team, helping deliver a safe, secure and well-managed workplace.

This role offers variety, ownership and the opportunity to become a trusted partner across the business, balancing concierge, administration, workplace operations and front-line security responsibilities.

This is a permanent full-time, office-based position requiring an onsite presence five days per week at our Wyong office (5 Dulmison Avenue).

What you’ll do

• Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience for employees, visitors and contractors.
• Manage visitor registration processes, access passes and workplace security requirements.
• Coordinate and respond to Facilities team administration requests and workplace enquiries.
• Support meeting room bookings, workplace events and operational activities.
• Maintain workplace records, registers and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist with workplace inspections, floor walks and facilities coordination activities.

What we’re looking for

• Previous corporate concierge or similar experience.
• A polished and professional approach with outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong administrative capability and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organised and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working within security-conscious environments or managing visitor processes will be highly regarded.
