Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Conversion Rate Optimization Expert to join our Digital Sales Team of Business Banking Spain

In this role, you will be working in Easy Banking, our Digital Sales B2B team driving growth for our Self-employed & Micro companies in Spain. This is an exciting segment, with a focus on start-ups and entrepreneurs - the backbone of our economy and future growth

Your key responsibilities:

As a CRO Expert you will:

Be the driving force behind our digital sales and customer growth acceleration

Transform data into action, experiments into breakthroughs, and friction into seamless experiences. In a fast-moving digital landscape, you orchestrate meaningful improvements across our sales funnels - from the very first click to the final sale - to push up conversion rates.

Conversion & Experimentation

• Build and own a bold CRO roadmap that pushes boundaries and challenges assumptions - across digital onboarding & account opening, financing, and payment solutions
• Run high-impact A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.
• Spot funnel drop-offs instantly and turn insights into tangible conversion wins.
• Translate results into crisp, actionable recommendations that inspire squads to move fast.

Funnel Optimization & Analytics

• Dive deep into Adobe Analytics to decode user behaviour and uncover growth opportunities.
• Track the full funnel - from click to sale - and steer optimizations where they matter most.
• Own CRO KPIs and tell the story behind the numbers: conversion rate, start rate, drop-offs, CPA and beyond.

Content, UX & SEO Enhancements

• Hunt down friction and elevate every step of the customer journey.
• Boost landing-page and sales-flow performance through sharp UX, smart content and SEO-savvy improvements.
• Spot new capabilities and innovations that push our digital sales engine forward.

Collaboration & Best Practice Sharing

• Partner daily with Sales colleagues, Marketeers, Content and UX experts and the Product teams who share your ambition to grow.
• Turn CRO best practices into team standards and raise the bar across the organization.
• Experiment with new audiences, traffic drivers and creatives to fuel acquisition efficiency.

• A creative, data-driven optimizer who thrives on experimentation and continuous learning.

• 5+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, analytics or e-commerce.
• B2B expertise / background is preferred, but not a must
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and structured experimentation.
• Strong grasp of UX, digital behaviour and SEO fundamentals.
• A collaborative mindset and ease working in an agile, international environment.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English

Tus responsabilidades clave:

Como CRO Expert tú:

Serás la fuerza impulsora detrás de nuestras ventas digitales y la aceleración del crecimiento de clientes.

Transformarás datos en acción, experimentos en avances y fricciones en experiencias fluidas. En un entorno digital en constante evolución, orquestarás mejoras relevantes a lo largo de nuestros funnels de venta - desde el primer clic hasta la venta final - para aumentar las tasas de conversión.

Conversión y Experimentación

• Construir y liderar un ambicioso roadmap de CRO que desafíe los límites y cuestione las asunciones - en onboarding digital y apertura de cuentas, financiación y soluciones de pago

• Ejecutar tests de alto impacto A/B y multivariante utilizando Adobe Target

• Detectar puntos de abandono en el funnel de forma inmediata y transformar insights en mejoras tangibles de conversión

• Traducir resultados en recomendaciones claras, accionables e inspiradoras que permitan a los squads avanzar rápidamente

Optimización de Funnel y Analítica

• Profundizar en Adobe Analytics para descifrar el comportamiento de usuarios/as y descubrir oportunidades de crecimiento

• Monitorizar todo el funnel - desde el clic hasta la venta - y guiar las optimizaciones donde más impacto generen

• Liderar los KPIs de CRO y construir la narrativa detrás de los datos: tasa de conversión, start rate, abandonos, CPA y más

Mejoras de Contenido, UX y SEO

• Detectar fricciones y elevar cada paso del customer journey

• Mejorar el rendimiento de landing pages y flujos de venta mediante mejoras de UX, contenido y SEO

• Identificar nuevas capacidades e innovaciones que impulsen nuestro motor de ventas digitales

Colaboración y Compartición de Mejores Prácticas

• Colaborar diariamente con equipos de Sales, Marketeers, expertos/as en contenido y UX, y equipos de Producto que comparten el objetivo de crecimiento

• Convertir las mejores prácticas de CRO en estándares de equipo y elevar el nivel en toda la organización

• Experimentar con nuevas audiencias, fuentes de tráfico y creatividades para mejorar la eficiencia de adquisición

• Un/a perfil creativo/a y data-driven, orientado/a a la optimización, que disfrute experimentando y aprendiendo continuamente

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en CRO, marketing digital, analítica o e-commerce

• Experiencia en B2B valorable, aunque no imprescindible

• Experiencia en Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target y experimentación estructurada

• Sólidos conocimientos de UX, comportamiento digital y fundamentos de SEO

• Mentalidad colaborativa y facilidad para trabajar en un entorno ágil e internacional

• Máster o experiencia equivalente

• Nivel fluido de español e inglés
