1. 主导智能记账、对账、财税问答等核心算法的设计、研发与优化。
2. 负责算法模型落地部署、性能调优，解决财税业务场景技术难点。
3. 跟踪AI前沿技术，探索在财税领域的创新应用，提升产品竞争力。
4. 撰写算法技术文档，沉淀技术体系。

任职要求
1. 研究生及以上学历，计算机科学相关专业，5年及以上算法研发经验。
2. 精通RAG、大模型Agent、SFT/RLHF等技术，熟练使用PyTorch，能独立完成模型全流程开发。
3. 能快速熟悉财税业务逻辑，可将业务需求转化为算法方案与数据标签体系。
4. 具备技术领导力，能主导复杂项目，擅长跨团队协作。
