ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

The Cloud Solutions Engineer is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of Ingenico’s hosted and customer-hosted payment device management solutions. Working closely with customers, partners, and internal technical teams, this role ensures reliable solution performance, supports complex technical troubleshooting, and helps customers maximize the value of Ingenico’s technology.

This position combines hands-on experience with cloud technologies, systems administration, networking, databases, and scripting with a strong customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting software deployments, and translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the deployment, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Ingenico’s hosted and customer-hosted solutions, including TEM and Ingenico 360.
• Assist customers with device onboarding, bulk provisioning, and technical integrations.
• Troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers, databases, networking, and cloud infrastructure to ensure solution reliability and performance.
• Perform database maintenance and support SQL queries, scripting, and XML/JSON-based configurations.
• Support logging and monitoring tools, including the ELK Stack, to investigate technical issues and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to test solutions, resolve complex issues, and improve system performance.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, training, and guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Document technical solutions, generate reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise software, IT infrastructure, or technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows servers, networking, and cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Ability to troubleshoot XML/JSON configurations, system integrations, and complex technical issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions.
• Comfortable collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

PREFERRED

• Virtual Machine management.
• Understanding / familiarity with cloud platform management and cloud component troubleshooting.
• Java/ Kotlin.
