  • Заключение договоров страхования на входящем потоке клиентов (ОСАГО, КАСКО, ДСАГО, Имущество, НС, ВЗР и др.) - Активные кросс-продажи - Выполнение плановых показателей - Прием и обработка входящих звонков - Консультирование клиентов по вопросам страхования, горячие звонки
Требования:
  • Опыт работы в сфере продаж (желателен опыт работы в страховании или банковской сфере) - Нацеленность на доход, активные продажи, клиентоориентированность - Желание обучаться и профессионально развиваться - Уверенный пользователь ПК - Развитые коммуникативные навыки, грамотная речь, эмпатия, тактичность - Ответственный подход к работе, организованность, исполнительность, добросовестность, позитивное мировоззрение
Условия:

  • Оформление с соблюдением норм ТК РФ
