Customer Specifications Specialist

LOCATION: Guadalajara - Mexico

REPORTS TO:Lead Customer Specifications US &Canada

·In partnership with colleagues, ensure timely responses to customer related inquiries.

·Review customer quality agreements with the appropriate plant and edit agreements to meet Ingredion quality requirements.

·Meet with customers, plant quality and sales to complete agreements and specification reviews for Europe, USA, and Canada.

·Submit regional reviews for global customer review.

·Ensure completed customer specifications and quality agreements are organized and saved in a shared location for easy retrieval by plant quality and global document teams

Skills

·Proven commitment to the promotion of a safe work environment.

·Bachelor’s degree required

·Minimum of 2years of experience in an operational, technical, or business role, Plant Quality or Customer quality documentation experience strongly preferred

·Proven ability to work with cross functional teams

·Computer experience. Salesforce and Sharepointa plus.

·Ability to work and interact with all levels of the Europe, USA, Canada Quality Organization

·Ability to cultivate positive relationships with and between customers, team members, plants, support functions and functional groups.

·Strong planning, organizing and time management skills.

·Strong attention to detail, work independently

·Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, multi-task, prioritize in high volume, fast-paced environment

·Fluency in English is required.
