As a Junior Specialized Service Providers Analyst you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of specialized service providers and contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, document integrity, mitigation of operational risks, and the availability of information for the Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Compliance departments.

What you will do:

• Manage the contract database and repository for service providers.
• Monitor the contract lifecycle from request initiation through execution and filing.
• Track contract expiration dates, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinate contract review and approval workflows with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and requesting departments.
• Maintain up-to-date contract records and documentation within corporate systems.
• Generate reports and performance indicators related to contracts and document compliance.
• Follow up on the receipt of executed contracts and supporting supplier documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required contractual documentation.
• Identify administrative risks associated with expired contracts or incomplete documentation.
• Provide administrative support to buyers and internal stakeholders regarding contract-related matters.
• Periodically validate the validity of Specialized Service Provider registrations and suppliers' legal documentation.
• Prepare executive reports to support decision-making.

What will you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, International Trade, International Business, Corporate Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Administration, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, or administrative functions.
• Relevant internships or social service experience will be considered.
• Database management and information control.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar) is desirable.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
