岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责产品/网站在传统搜索引擎及生成式搜索AI 引擎中的整体自然增长策略

2. 统一规划 SEO + GEO 的关键词、语义与实体体系，覆盖用户搜索需求与 AI 回答场景，构建可被搜索引擎和大模型高效理解、引用的内容结构

3. 负责站内优化与信息架构设计，包括页面结构、内外链策略、内容层级、页面性能及结构化数据建设

4. 与内容、产品、技术团队协作，推动高质量内容生产与优化，并与投放合作协助投放高效买量

5. 监控并分析 SEO 与 GEO 相关数据指标，形成可复用的方法论与增长策略

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 2 年及以上 SEO 相关经验

2. 扎实的搜索引擎原理理解

3. 具备良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力

4. 有较强的执行力和自驱力，能独立推进项目

5. 对 ChatGPT / Grok / Gemini 等 AI 搜索产品有深入使用和研究

6. 有 AI 搜索曝光、品牌被引用、Prompt 相关优化经验（加分项）
