岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 安全策略执行与优化：负责内容安全策略落地执行，持续提升策略精准度（降低误拦率和漏放率）

2. 安全数据监控与分析：搭建并维护安全运营数据看板，监控核心指标（审核量、处理时效、误拦率、漏放率、申诉率等），发现异常及时预警并推动策略调整

3. 安全事件响应：负责内容安全事件的应急响应处理，包括舆情监控、风险内容快速处置、事件复盘和策略补漏，保障线上安全水位

4. 三方供应商管理：参与三方审核供应商的日常管理，包括质量考核、问题沟通、数据对接，推动供应商服务质量持续达标

5. 跨团队协作：与产品、研发、法务等团队紧密配合，推动安全需求落地，反馈一线运营中的产品和技术问题

任职要求 / Requirements

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上互联网内容安全/信任与安全（Trust & Safety）运营经验

2. 熟悉 UGC/社交/社区类产品的内容安全审核流程，了解机审+人审双链路运作模式

3. 有安全事件应急响应经验，能在高压环境下快速决策和执行
