What will you be doing?
Supervise the Clinical Educators in their territory.
Work with the ProgramManagement and client to decide the most efficient allocation of Clinical Educators.
Conduct performance evaluations, work with HR on resolving any HR issues/concerns of the Clinical Educators, and manage the routinestaffing issues such as PTO, sick time, etc.
Monthly or every other month field travel with each Clinical Educator to assess and evaluate their communication and presentation skills in the offices/clinics
Management of new Clinical Educator onboarding as needed
Prepare and conduct on site Clinical Educator meetings twice a year
Evaluate each Clinical Educator territory for adequate coverage and in-service needs
Manages all conference attendance and feedback loops
Works with all key stakeholders to fill open positions as soon as practicable
Key contact for team feedback on tools and materials
Recommend Clinical Educator and Program needs for continual success
Organize training on new indications and process for the Clinical Educators
Attend client national sales meeting and align content and training to team needs
Communicate with client’s field representatives and other relevant client personnel with regards to Clinical Educator performance
Explain goals and expectations to the Clinical Educator team (communication management of a remote team)
Identifyand share best practices across regions and territories
Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emailsand monthly expense reports
To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizioor the Client requires, to an appropriate standardand within a specified timeframe
Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance withcompany instructions.
Comply withall InizioPolicies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required
Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
To possessa full valid US driver’s license at all times and to notify the company immediatelyof any offences or accumulation of penalty points
Perform other duties as requested
What do you need for this position?
Registered Nurse with active state license with no restrictions
BSN required
At least 2 year's management experience in a healthcare setting preferably field leadership of Clinical educator team
At least 3 years Clinical educator experience within pharma or a hospital setting.
Activenursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the inservices arebeing conducted.
Must have at least five (5) years of recent oncology nursing experience and at least five (5) years of general nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiencyin peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experience is a must.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.
Musthave good communication, speaking, and writing skills.
Ability to travel, including overnight travel.
The base pay range for this position is $109K - $202K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
