工作职责 / Responsibilities

1.主要从事电池正极材料、前驱体等相关制备技术开发、条件优化与材料性能改进;

2.独立设计实验方案，完成研发实验，记录、分析、处理试验结果，并形成书面报告;

3.按照项目进度开展试验，并按期保质保量完成项目;

4.及时更新新产品的技术文件资料、与客户端、销售、其他合作伙伴交流沟通项目完成进度。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.硕士以上学历，材料科学、电化学、化学工艺等相关专业;

2.具有电池正极材料或其前驱体、固态电池、前沿机理等重要研发项目开发工作经历，并获得相关技术成果;

3.具备较强的锂电池新能源材料制备工艺技术开发或工程设备能力，3年以上相关工作经验;

4.掌握锂电池新能源材料方向行业专利技术或学科前沿技术及成功研发经验者优先;

5.有良好的学习能力、沟通能力、较强的工作抗压能力，英文读写能力优秀。
