Product Manager - Central Data Repository

Responsibilities:

• Bring in first principles thinking for problem solving, goes the extra mile to own the outcomes and is an individual who takes complete accountability of product features by thinking outside-in and performs extensive research for better understanding.
• Be responsible for enhancements, modifications and integrations across the various themes prioritised for the CDR platform.
• Generate the exhaustive set of use cases and product requirement documents covering all business use-cases/processes during the business transformation journey by collaborating with stakeholder groups.
• Identify integrations and modifications required between external and internal platforms/systems and work with the relevant product/engineering team to develop the pipelines.
• Build complex scenarios at the backend for custom logics/ calculations OR large timeline-based back-dated flags to be identified as New KPIs defined in CDR_People Analytics.
• Product based on evolving business stakeholders' scenarios.
• Be actively involved with your +1 Product leader to drive multiple AI and Automation.
• Charters including but now limited to domains: HR, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Business, etc.
• This will involve multi-tasking on different themes/ stakeholder groups in parallel to deliver expectations.
• Proactively take initiative to plan and lead the Backlog / Sprint planning meetings by collaborating closely with your +1 Product leader; ability to understand and articulate the ROI of any basic requirement.
• Be able to guide junior team members on the regular activities, being hands-on and helping unblock them by getting into specifics as relevant to multiple themes running in parallel in the team as priorities.
• Be the single Product POC for counterpart Engineering POCs to be able to define logic at the ground level, including exceptions/nuances involved for implementation of the module.
• Be hands-on with all relevant CDR platform interfaces technically (Working with large datasets and understanding Data Warehouse concepts for building CDW UDW as a product, Databricks, PowerBI, CDR_People Analytics Dataverse Product, from a Product POC perspective to perform deep-dive analysis as relevant for BAU use-cases as problem statements to evaluate with data.
• Drive alignment across partners from finance, account management, channel business teams, product, UX designers, engineering, ad operations, sales, customer success, legal and help build a fully integrated product and systems landscape.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Product Management, building InMobi's CDR-UDW product, aka Central Data Repository (CDR data product) and interactive product solutions, liaising with customising enterprise applications related to People Analytics, such as Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, Infeedo, XoXo, etc., with prior expertise in AI / LLM Technology.
• Define the AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and platform vision related to People Analytics CDR Charter, including but not limited to ChatBot, Reporting Q& Q& A Interactions, etc. + additional other themes of AI related to Legal ChatBot, Google Agent, amongst many others across the board.
• Writing outstanding Product Requirements Documents, User Journeys, Wireframing, and Product analysis
• Build the product design from scratch and work closely with the CDR Engg team to implement the product design, test the product features, iterate and launch.
• Understanding and empathy for business user behaviour, needs, challenges and ability to consolidate the same with clear data-driven solutions and automations
• Excellent communication skills to set crystal clear stakeholder expectations on project outcomes and call out cross-functional dependencies, with the ability to work well with geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams.

• Ability to formulate a clear point of view on hard and ambiguous problems, drive stakeholder alignment in conversations and execute on the same.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask varied aspects and get the ball rolling to meet set expectations professionally to stakeholders across the board in a collaborative manner with the intent to make it work in the bigger picture.
• Preferred experience in Building Enterprise-level Data Platforms for People Analytics Charter & AI with Marketing, Legal, HR, Sales, Business, Finance initiatives, etc.
