Business Intelligence Analyst - PART TIME

The Role

As Business Intelligence Analyst, you translate treasury and finance data into clear, reliable and actionable insights. You develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data models for treasury-relevant topics and work at the interface between Group Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, Treasury Back Office and IT. Your analyses support informed decisions on liquidity, cash management, payment processes, working capital and treasury performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and visualise business and treasury data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports
• Create management reports and KPI reporting for treasury-relevant topics
• Design, build and maintain data models and data preparation workflows
• Extract, transform and combine data from relevant source systems and databases
• Analyse business and treasury processes and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical BI solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, traceability and appropriate documentation
• Automate recurring reporting processes and contribute to digitalisation initiatives
• Collaborate with IT and data teams on data pipelines, interfaces and platform improvements

Treasury-Relevant Scope

• Liquidity and cash management analytics
• Bank account and payment transaction reporting
• Treasury KPIs, management reporting and performance analysis
• Working capital and cash flow-related analyses
• Data quality and transparency across treasury processes
• Support for treasury reporting, forecasting and decision-making

Your Qualifications

Professional Background and Expertise

• 1-3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Controlling, Treasury Analytics or a comparable field
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline preferred, but not mandatory
• Equivalent qualification gained through relevant professional experience
• Experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholders, ideally in Finance, Treasury or a data-driven business environment
• Understanding of financial processes and the ability to connect data analysis with business outcomes

Systems and Tools

• Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard and report development
• SQL and relational databases
• DAX and Power Query/M
• Data modelling and ETL processes
• Treasury management systems, particularly CORIMA by COPS
• Data warehouses and modern data platforms
• Reporting and process-automation tools
