岗位职责：

1. 深入对接业务部门，主动识别组织、人才、团队管理需求;

2. 负责所对接部门的招聘推进、人才配置与关键岗位支持;

3. 推动绩效、激励、晋升、调薪等机制在业务部门落地;

4. 处理员工关系，关注核心人才保留与团队氛围;

5. 推动公司级 HR 项目落地，输出人力数据分析支持业务决策。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上，10 年以上 HR 经验，其中 5 年以上 HRBP 经验;

2. 有芯片、半导体、硬科技或高速成长科技公司背景优先;

3. 熟悉招聘、绩效、员工关系、组织发展等至少两个模块;

4. 能与技术型管理者顺畅沟通，业务理解力强;

5. 推动力强，抗压，能在模糊环境中独立解决问题。

支持过研发、芯片设计、算法等技术团队;
有团队从 0 到 1 搭建或快速扩张经验;
