Role Overview :
As an ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of integrating advanced artificial intelligence into our existing product ecosystem. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deploy scalable LLM-based applications to automate complex workflows and improve user engagement for our enterprise clients.
- Architect and fine-tune NLP models to extract actionable insights from unstructured data, directly contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments, enhancing the reliability of our digital platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI features into web and mobile architectures, ensuring seamless functionality and user-centric design.
- Monitor model performance and iterate on existing algorithms to maintain accuracy and relevance in evolving market conditions.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python for building production-grade machine learning systems and data processing pipelines.
- Apply deep expertise in NLP techniques and LLM frameworks to solve real-world language understanding and generation problems.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Exhibit a strong ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Possess a solid foundation in computer science principles, typically acquired through a degree in Engineering or a related quantitative field.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and emerging technologies, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced development cycle.
- Hold 2 - 5 years of professional experience in designing and deploying machine learning solutions in a commercial setting.
