Aktuell suchen wir im Auftrag eines unserer exklusiven Kunden nach einem Messtechniker (m/w/d) im Raum Donaueschingen.

  • Erstellung von Messprogrammen (z.B. 3D Zeiss und Mitutoyo, 2D Mahr und Jenoptic, Formtester Mahr, Kontur Mahr, Oberfläche Mahr)

  • Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätsvorausplanung für unsere Neuteilprojekte

  • Planung und Auswertung von statistischen Untersuchungen

  • Prüfung der Erstmusterprüfberichte auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit

  • Durchführung des Bemusterungsvorgangs der Bauteile

  • Erstellung von Prüfdokumenten und Auswertungen

  • Schulung und Unterweisung der Mitarbeiter in messtechnischen Belangen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), o.Ä.

  • Erfahrung im Programmieren von Messmaschinen (z.B. Mahr, Mitutoyo, Jenoptic, Zeiss)

  • Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Standards in der Branche wie IATF 16949, PPAP oder VDA

  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Qualifizierung

  • Sie sind aufgeschlossen und begeistern sich für komplexe Messaufgaben

  • Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, die Fähigkeit sich schnell in neue Aufgaben einzuarbeiten, sowie ein ausgeprägter Teamgedanke runden Ihr Profil ab.
