Jouw rol

Als Medisch Support Specialist ben je een onmisbare factor in de beoordelingsprocessen van ons medische acceptatie-team. Jij zorgt er namelijk voor dat deze processen soepel, nauwkeurig en klantgericht verlopen. Bovendien kun je een grote rol gaan spelen in het opbouwen van een nieuw team binnen Insify, en kun je zelfs invloed hebben op hoe wij medisch risicomanagement aanpakken.

Wat ga je doen?

Klantcommunicatie. Beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat, inclusief het duidelijk uitleggen van verzekeringspolissen en beslissingen rond medische acceptatie.
Gegevens beheren. Opvragen en controleren van (ontbrekende) gegevens, zoals medische dossiers bij artsen, en deze verwerken in ons systeem.
Samenwerken met medisch specialisten. Samenvatten en overdragen van klantinformatie, complexe vraagstukken herkennen ede communicatie tussen klant en medisch specialist in goede banen leiden.
Administratie. Up-to-date houden van klantgegevens, verwerken van polisaanpassingen en deadlines en tijdlijnen bewaken.

Wat heb je nodig?

Een achtergrond in administratief of secretarieel werk, bij voorkeur in een medische- of verzekeringsomgeving.
Sterke organisatorische skills en multitask-talent.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
Klantgerichte mindset.
Bereidheid om het WFT-examen te doen voor je professionele ontwikkeling.
