Title: Project Coordinator IV
We are looking for a Project Coordinator IV with strong technical product operations experience, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams. This role will support cross-functional product initiatives, use data to identify opportunities and risks, and leverage AI and automation tools to improve workflows and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support program execution across multiple products and platforms, including 0-to-1 initiatives and process improvements.
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product and operational data.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support real-time decision-making.
- Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.
- Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies.
- Manage multiple workstreams while coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use data and critical thinking to identify root causes, anticipate roadblocks, and drive solutions.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or technical product operations.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
- Experience using AI agents or AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and automate processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, documentation, and automated workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
- Experience with AI-assisted development, vibe coding, low-code/no-code solutions, or AI-generated code.
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts.
- Experience partnering with Engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements.
- Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or AI/ML validation workflows.
- Experience developing and implementing manual or automated testing strategies for products and features.
- Experience working in large-scale technology or product-driven organizations.
