Full - Stack Engineer

We are hiring Software Engineers for our India team who will focus primarily on the AI Hub and help drive key technical investments across the platform. Engineers will work on product experiences for configuring, running, and reviewing AI workflows; backend services and APIs; AI model and agent orchestration; data and distributed processing systems; evaluation and human review; enterprise integrations; and production reliability. They will have opportunities to own meaningful capabilities from design through deployment and iteration while advancing the technical foundations behind complex, production-scale AI workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship end-to-end product experiences across frontend, backend services, APIs, data models, AI-powered workflows, and supporting infrastructure, turning product requirements, user needs, and rough ideas into working software through prototypes and incremental releases.
• Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to explore approaches, write and review code, refactor, debug, strengthen tests, and improve documentation while independently checking assumptions, security, correctness, and maintainability and remaining accountable for every change you ship.
• Own clearly scoped products and features through their full lifecycle: understand the user problem, help shape the experience, evaluate technical tradeoffs, implement and test the solution, deploy it safely, monitor production behavior, and iterate until it delivers meaningful value.
• Write maintainable, well-tested production code and improve usability, accessibility, reliability, observability, scalability, security, and performance through appropriate logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring, error handling, retries, and recovery behavior.
• Contribute to SuperApp and AI Hub capabilities for configuring, running, reviewing, validating, and monitoring AI workflows, including document classification, extraction, human review, provenance, and connections to other systems.
• Learn from real users after launch. Work with users and customer-facing teams, study qualitative feedback, product analytics, and production behavior, fix gaps, and change direction when evidence challenges the original solution.
• Collaborate and grow with an experienced team. Work closely with product managers, designers, AI/ML and infrastructure engineers, and other software engineers; contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, documentation, debugging, incident response, and operational support while seeking guidance on broader or unfamiliar decisions.

Requirements:

• B. E., B. Tech., master's, or PhD program in computer science, computer engineering, or a degree in a related field. You have strong software engineering and computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, API design, data modeling, testing, debugging, concurrency, and practical software design concepts.
• You have 1-2 years of industry experience building and shipping production software across the stack: frontend, backend systems, data models, AI workflows, and infrastructure.
• You have experience using AI-assisted development tools and have developed strong intuition for where they are effective, where they can fail, and how their capabilities may create new product and engineering opportunities. You review generated code and recommendations critically, test them independently, and never outsource understanding or accountability.
• You have experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern frontend framework such as React, plus knowledge of at least one backend language such as Go, Python, Java, C++, or an equivalent language.
• You have experience deploying, debugging, monitoring, or maintaining production systems and understand why correctness, security, reliability, performance, observability, and operational follow-through matter.
• You want to own products and features end-to-end, translating user and product needs into thoughtful technical decisions and using strong product judgment, real user feedback, and measurable outcomes to shape, launch, and improve useful, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• You are curious, collaborative, and comfortable learning in motion. You communicate clearly, work with low ego across engineering and non-engineering teams, navigate ambiguity, break problems into manageable milestones, ask for guidance when appropriate, and bring a bias toward action, experimentation, continuous learning, and measurable outcomes.
