Your Role:
For our Logistics team we are on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Associate to join our team. The role reports to the Transportation Coordinator.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely drive, pick up, and deliver vehicles from our insta-spots as per the schedule.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after deliveries to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, and any incidents or issues.
- Communicate courteously and effectively with clients, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
- Report any maintenance needs or irregularities noted during vehicle handling.
- Assist in fleet organization and scheduling when needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in driving, delivery, or fleet operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to complete documentation accurately.
- Flexibility with working hours, including potential evenings or weekends as required.
- Physical ability to drive and handle vehicles for extended periods.
