Intapp is a US software company headquartered in Palo Alto, California, that builds cloud and AI software for professional and financial services firms, including law, accounting and consulting firms, private capital investors and investment banks. Founded in 2000 and listed on Nasdaq, its products include the DealCloud relationship and deal management platform, used by more than 1,200 private capital and investment banking firms, compliance tools such as Conflicts, Intake, Terms and Walls, time and billing software and the Celeste agentic AI platform. It hires product marketers and managers, client success and engagement managers, consultants, solution and software engineers.

Product Manager, DealCloud

DealCloud, Intapp's industry-leading deal and relationship management platform, powers how the world's leading financial services and professional firms run their most important workflows. We're investing in the capabilities that let firms move faster and connect their work seamlessly - the engine that lets data, actions, and systems flow together without manual effort. Our commitment is to deliver value through collaboration, agility, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes.

The Product Manager for this area owns a set of capabilities at the heart of how DealCloud works for clients: the tools that let firms automate repetitive processes and the connective layer that moves information between DealCloud and the other systems firms rely on. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution for these capabilities, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams to turn customer needs into shipped product that drives measurable adoption.

Why this role

This role matters because these capabilities are where DealCloud's value compounds. When firms can automate their workflows and connect DealCloud cleanly to the rest of their technology, every other part of the platform becomes stickier and more valuable. You'll own a roadmap that touches nearly every DealCloud customer, work directly with the teams that build and sell the product, and have real ownership over a focused, high-impact area.

For the right person, this is a chance to own a meaningful slice of a market-leading platform, go deep on the technical and workflow problems that make or break a client's experience, and grow your product craft in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where sound judgment and customer focus directly drive success.

About the candidate

A successful candidate is curious, organized, excellent communication and energized by solving problems that sit between people, process, and systems. You're comfortable with ambiguity, you move work forward proactively, and you enjoy getting into the details - how a workflow actually runs, where data needs to go, and what trips users up along the way.

You balance strong analytical thinking with genuine customer empathy. You can talk to a firm about their process, translate what you hear into clear requirements, and work with engineers on how it gets built. Your communication is clear and precise, and you build trust with the teams and stakeholders you work with.

You care about measurable impact. You prioritize based on evidence, you're honest about trade-offs, and you keep the customer's outcome at the center of the decisions you make.

What you will do

Own the roadmap for a set of capabilities that let firms automate their workflows and connect DealCloud to the systems around it, translating customer needs and business goals into a clear, prioritized plan.

  • Partner daily with Engineering and Design to define requirements, make scope and trade-off decisions, and ship high-quality product that customers adopt.
  • Talk regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand how firms configure, automate, and integrate their work, and turn those insights into product improvements.
  • Work closely with go-to-market, Product Marketing, Support, and Sales teams to launch capabilities well and ensure customer issues are surfaced, prioritized, and addressed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how these capabilities fit within DealCloud and interact with other Intapp products, so your decisions strengthen the platform as a whole.
  • Define and track the metrics that tell you whether your area is delivering value, and use them to guide what you build next.

What you will need

  • Product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally on platform, workflow, or integration capabilities.
  • A track record of taking features from concept through launch to customer adoption, working hand in hand with engineering teams.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to reason about system integrations, data flows, and the logic behind configurable workflows and automated processes - you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable in technical conversations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a habit of grounding decisions in customer evidence and data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to build alignment across diverse teams.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities evolve and judgment matters.

What you will gain

At Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You'll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that's connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities. We'll collaborate and grow together, supporting each other in a positive, open atmosphere that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

Here, you will have the opportunity to:
