岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 了解营销部门的业务目标和需求，提供人力资源方面的支持和解决方案。

2. 协助营销部门招聘适合的人才，包括制定招聘计划、筛选简历、面试和录用决策。

3. 识别营销团队成员的培训需求，组织内部培训或推荐外部培训课程，提升团队的专业技能和能力。

4. 与营销部门负责人合作，设计和实施绩效评估体系，提供反馈和指导，促进员工的绩效提升。

5.参与塑造和传播公司的文化价值观，增强团队凝聚力和员工的归属感。

6.数据分析与报告：收集和分析人力资源相关数据，提供有关员工满意度、离职率、绩效等方面的报告，为决策提供依据。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.全日制统招本科及以上学历; 25-35岁之间，两年以上人力相关工作经验;

2.英语良好者优先;

3.在招聘或培训方面具有较强经验者优先;

4.较强的学习能力和领悟力，为人热情有亲和力、积极主动、真诚正直，极强的执行力与责任感，良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力。
