Sales Director

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Sales Director to join our commercial team in India. Based in Mumbai, this pivotal commercial role offers the opportunity to help shape our success and strengthen our presence in India’s digital media market.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage directly with some of India’s top brands and agencies to showcase the real-world impact of IAS’s innovative measurement, optimization, and ROI solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and guidance on how our products can drive value, efficiency, and results.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivating long-term partnerships with leading advertisers.

• Lead the process for complex sales deals, from initial discussions through to successful contract agreements.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10-15 years’ experience in direct, quota-carrying sales roles, ideally within Digital Media, Ad Tech, or the platform/publisher ecosystem.

• Demonstrated success in winning new business as well as nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.

• In-depth understanding of the ad tech landscape, current market trends, and industry competitors.

• A consultative, solutions-oriented approach to understanding customer needs and addressing them with tailored proposals.

• An established professional network in the industry to facilitate high-level partnerships.

• Proficiency with Salesforce and a strong grasp of sales forecasting and pipeline management.
