Hi there, our future Product Engineer! Happy to see YOU here.
Here at Integrated OS, you'll be part of a team of passionate individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional offshoring services. Bringing in an array of skills and talents from different areas of business from Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Marketing to Sales and Operations.
From humble beginnings, we have built our company from our first team member onwards. Initially, we were lending support to an Australian print manufacturer - The Lamson Group.
Since then, we have continued to uphold our core values and culture and developed a deeper understanding of how people need help to succeed in their goals. And YOU might be a part of this amazing growth as our team keeps growing above all expectations!
What you'll do:
The Product Engineer designs, builds and maintains features and integrations across the Chandler CX Platform, working across the full stack from C#/.NET services on Azure to the web front end.
Around 80% of the role is engineering. The rest is spent investigating and fixing product issues escalated through Product Support, so that clients get lasting fixes rather than workarounds.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Feature development
- Design, build, test and deploy full-stack features across the Chandler CX Platform modules.
- Build responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript, with frameworks such as React or Blazor.
- Build back-end services and APIs in C#/.NET on ASP.NET Core and Azure.
Integration and platform
- Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with client systems and third-party services.
- Work with Azure services, including App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Data Factories, and Azure SQL.
- Write, tune and troubleshoot T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
Quality and release
- Write unit and integration tests, and take part in peer code review.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and follow release management processes.
- Apply secure coding practices and manage credentials, keys and client data safely.
Product support
- Investigate and resolve product defects escalated by the Product Support Manager within agreed timeframes.
- Find the root cause of recurring issues and deliver lasting fixes.
- Improve logging, monitoring and alerting so issues are detected early.
Documentation and knowledge sharing
- Document features, APIs, configuration and support procedures.
- Share knowledge through handovers, peer review, and pairing.
Successful candidates must have:
Essential
- 3+ years' experience as a full-stack or software developer, ideally on a SaaS or enterprise product.
- Agentic development: experience using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar harnesses to accelerate development and improve product quality.
- C#/.NET: building and maintaining production applications and services in .NET (Core / .NET 6+).
- Front end: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS, with a CSS framework (e.g. Bootstrap or Tailwind) and a modern framework (e.g. React or Blazor).
- Web back end: ASP.NET Core (MVC, Razor Pages or Web API).
- Azure: hands-on experience with App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Storage or Azure SQL.
- T-SQL and SQL Server: writing, tuning and troubleshooting queries and stored procedures.
- REST APIs: building and consuming REST services, including token-based authentication.
- Source control and delivery: Git and Azure DevOps (or equivalent), including work tracking and CI/CD pipelines.
- Testing: writing unit and integration tests.
- Good written and spoken English, and confidence working with Australian team members.
Desirable
- Document generation, PDF, templating, or email and SMS delivery.
- Experience with customer communications management (CCM) platforms.
- Accessibility: building to WCAG 2.1 AA, and responsive design.
- Infrastructure as code: Bicep, ARM or Terraform.
- Experience building products for regulated industries such as financial services, government, utilities or healthcare.
- Microsoft Azure certification (e.g. AZ-204).
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Work Setup: Work Onsite
- Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
