As a Construction Project/Program Manager at Intel, you will lead and deliver complex construction projects that are critical to supporting Intel's cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities. Your role will involve managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld throughout the construction lifecycle. You will directly contribute to the successful execution of projects that solidify Intel's position as a global technology leader, creating state-of-the-art facilities that drive innovation forward.

Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS) plays a pivotal role in enabling Intel's manufacturing leadership by delivering billions of dollars in construction projects globally. From building new wafer fabrication factories and converting fabs to installing process tools and infrastructure, the FCS team drives excellence and innovation in construction projects that are foundational to Intel's success. As part of this dynamic group, you will work on impactful projects that align with Intel's mission to advance technology and create a better future.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with demonstrated skills

- 4+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or equivalent roles, with expertise in large-scale industrial or semiconductor construction projects.

- Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6 or other comparable scheduling platforms.

- Demonstrated knowledge in contract management, schedule and budget development, change control processes, and construction means and methods.

Preferred Qualifications

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Experience in semiconductor construction or high-tech manufacturing environments.

- Familiarity with Prefabrication, Preassembly, and Modularization (PPMOF) methodologies.

- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, drive decisions in matrixed environments, and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

- Experience with 3D modeling and BIM, P/ID and specification documents
