Graphic Designer

You will be the visual voice of the brand as we head into launch. This is an everything-design role spanning brand, marketing, social, and product catalogues, working directly with our brand marketing lead and closely with the founders. If you want to own how a brand looks end to end rather than execute someone else's system, this is that role.

Responsibilities:

• Design social media creatives, ad creatives, and campaign assets across Instagram, Meta, and other channels.
• Create and edit product catalogue imagery for our app and marketplaces, including retouching, colour correction, and layout.
• Build brand collateral: banners, packaging, print material, presentations, and in-office branding.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
• Work with the marketing and catalogue teams on fast turnaround cycles; real-time fashion means real-time design.
• Use AI-assisted design tooling to move quickly without losing craft.
• Take a brief from the brand marketing lead and run with it independently through to final assets.

Requirements:

• A portfolio that shows a range of social campaign creatives as well as product or catalogue work.
• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong retouching and color-correction skills for apparel imagery.
• Comfort shipping several finished assets a day without hand-holding.
• Ability to work to launch timelines, including occasional extended hours.
• One to three-plus years of graphic design experience, ideally with a consumer brand.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience designing for a fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or e-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with AI-based design and image tools.
• Experience with packaging, print, and in-store collateral.
• Exposure to marketplace catalogue standards.
