Intellihub helps simplify the energy transition with smart metering, energy management and connected utility solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

At Zelora, we make home electrification simpler and more affordable. Backed by Bunnings and powered by Intellihub, our Australian-first subscription model for Solar & Battery helps households take control of their energy without the hassle, high stakes or big upfront cost.

We’re a young brand with strong backing and a clear ambition - become the name Australians turn to when they’re ready to electrify with solar, battery and everything else. That means our team is small, entrepeneurial, fast-moving and close to the work. Every person has real ownership of what we build and how we grow, whilst being supported by a positive, safe and productive workplace to thrive in.

We’re building a business, brand and culture from the ground up - and helping Australians confidently make the switch to renewable energy along the way.

Your Role

As a Field Delivery Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from sales handover through to installation, completion and job closeout. You'll coordinate customers, installation partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, compliantly and on time.

Reporting to the National Field Delivery Manager, you'll oversee scheduling, customer communications, logistics, compliance documentation and operational administration while keeping projects on track and delivering a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate site assessments, installations, commissioning and rectification works.
  • Manage customer communication, scheduling and delivery milestones from sale through to completion.
  • Liaise with installers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor installation progress, resolve delivery issues and proactively manage risks, delays and schedule changes.
  • Prepare and process network applications, rebate claims, STC documentation and other compliance requirements.
  • Manage installation logistics, equipment ordering and material availability.
  • Maintain accurate project records, work orders and customer documentation.
  • Verify installation completion and ensure all compliance, handover and closeout requirements are met.
  • Investigate and resolve customer enquiries, coordinating any required follow-up actions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, customer experience and operational performance.

Key Stakeholders

You'll work closely with customers, installers, suppliers, sales, marketing, finance, operations and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.

About You

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused coordinator with experience managing the delivery of residential solar and battery installations in a fast-paced operational environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Experience coordinating high-volume residential solar, battery, construction, electrical or field service projects from sales handover through to completion.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously, coordinating customers, installers, materials and schedules to meet delivery timeframes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Experience managing operational documentation, compliance requirements, rebate applications and work-order systems.
  • The ability to understand technical documentation, operational processes and Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes and customer outcomes.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and keep stakeholders informed.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, compliance and quality standards.
